Description
Inspired by the viral “marry me” recipes, this creamy shrimp pasta is so irresistible it just might win someone’s heart—with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and parmesan in every bite.
Ingredients
- 8 oz penne or rigatoni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then set aside.

In the same skillet, add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, cook for 1 minute.

Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in parmesan and chili flakes.

Return shrimp and pasta to the pan, toss to coat.

Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
