Description

This quick and easy ground turkey teriyaki stir fry is packed with colorful vegetables and bold Asian-inspired flavor. It’s a delicious 20-minute dinner option that’s perfect over rice, noodles, or lettuce wraps.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  • Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
  • Stir in bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Cook for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch slurry. Pour into skillet and stir to coat.
  • Simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Use tamari for gluten-free. Add crushed red pepper for spice.
  • Serve with jasmine rice or cauliflower rice.
