Ingredients
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat oil in a skillet and brown chicken on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Stir in soup, broth, and sour cream. Mix until combined.
- Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer on low for 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve over warm rice.
