Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
- 2 tablespoons raspberry syrup (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sweetened shredded coconut
- Ice cubes
- Fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brew a cup of your favorite coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a tall glass, add ice cubes to fill the glass halfway.
- Pour the cooled coffee over the ice.
- In a separate container, mix the coconut milk and raspberry syrup until well combined.
- Slowly pour the coconut milk mixture over the coffee, allowing it to create a layered effect.
