Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- Arrange the corn tortillas on the prepared baking sheet without overlapping.
- Lightly spray both sides of each tortilla with olive oil or avocado oil, then sprinkle with kosher salt.
