- In a shallow dish, combine Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and fresh ginger and whisk together.
- Place salmon fillets skin side up in the marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
- Transfer salmon to the baking sheet skin side down, drizzle with remaining marinade, and broil for 6-10 minutes.
- Carefully transfer salmon to a serving platter, drizzle with reserved marinade, and garnish with scallions.
