Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the broiler by positioning the oven rack about 5-6 inches from the broiler element and turn it on high for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and fresh ginger and whisk together.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin side up in the marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with nonstick spray.
  5. Transfer salmon to the baking sheet skin side down, drizzle with remaining marinade, and broil for 6-10 minutes.
  6. Carefully transfer salmon to a serving platter, drizzle with reserved marinade, and garnish with scallions.
