Ingredients
  

  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs optional

Method
 

  1. Pat the steaks dry and rub both sides with olive oil.
  2. Season evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Place steaks in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Add rosemary or thyme if using.
  5. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until desired doneness.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
