  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into a 12-inch round pizza pan or a baking sheet to form a crust.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  6. Arrange the strawberries in the shape of a rectangle in the top left corner of the pizza to represent the stripes.
  7. Place the blueberries in the remaining rectangle area to create the stars.
  8. Use the banana slices to fill in any gaps or to add additional decoration.
  9. Drizzle the lemon juice over the banana slices to prevent browning.
  10. Chill the fruit pizza in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
