Method
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5–6 minutes.
- Stir in onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant and softened.
- Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Stir to coat the meat evenly.
- Stir in water chestnuts and green onions. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and garnish with peanuts and more green onions.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for chicken.
- Add shredded carrots or chopped mushrooms for extra veggies.These wraps make a great appetizer or light dinner.
