Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish
- In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Add chopped asparagus and stir to coat
- Pour mixture into the baking dish
- Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden
Notes
- Can substitute frozen asparagus if needed
- Add cooked bacon or ham for a heartier dish
- Great for holidays or potlucks
