Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs mixed with milk, and one with crushed Doritos.
Dredge each stuffed chicken breast in the flour, dip in the egg mixture, and then coat thoroughly with the crushed Doritos. Press the coating onto the chicken to help it adhere.
Place the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the coating is golden and crispy.
