Prepare the Apples:
- Peel, core, and dice the apples into small pieces.

Combine Everything:

- Stir in the diced apples, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
Form the Fritters:
- Using a spoon, drop small mounds of batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Gently press them down to flatten slightly.

- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm fritters.
