Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken dry and place in a baking dish.
- Rub olive oil over the chicken.
- Mix all spices and sprinkle evenly over thighs.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can broil for 2 minutes at the end for extra crispness. Serve with veggies or over rice.
