- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, crispy crumbled bacon, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Lightly warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
- Lay each warmed tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the chicken filling along one side. Fold the tortilla over the filling and place it seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Lightly brush the tops of the filled tacos with olive oil or melted butter.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
