Ingredients
  

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown chicken legs slightly.
  3. In a baking dish, combine rice, broth, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange chicken on top of the rice mixture.
  5. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45–50 minutes until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
