Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place feta in the center of a baking dish and surround with tomatoes and garlic.
- Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until tomatoes burst and feta is soft.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
- Once baked, mash feta and tomatoes together in the dish.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to combine. Garnish with basil.
Notes
- Add spinach or arugula for a fresh twist
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed
- Crumbled feta works if you don’t have a block
