  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Avocado oil spray or olive oil
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Prepare the Chicken
  4. Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise to create four thinner pieces.
  5. Lightly spray a baking dish with avocado oil or olive oil.
  6. Season the Chicken
