Method
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter and press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time. Mix in banana pudding mix and mashed bananas.
- Pour over crust and bake at 325°F for 50–60 minutes.
- Chill and top with whipped cream and wafers.
Notes
- Let cool completely before slicing. Garnish with fresh banana slices just before serving.
