Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
Thread the chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.
Once the chicken is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
Serve the skewers with the bang bang sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
