Sauce Preparation
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and chili sauce until smooth. Reserve a quarter of the sauce for drizzling later.
Preparation of Salmon
- Cut salmon into bite-sized cubes and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cooking the Salmon
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and cook salmon cubes for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, or bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Salad Assembly
- Chop cucumber, avocado, and any additional vegetables. Combine in a large bowl and drizzle with lime juice.
Serving
- Toss cooked salmon in the prepared sauce and plate alongside the salad. Drizzle with reserved sauce.
