Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper (leave overhang).
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Mix in cream, then flour, salt, and vanilla until just combined.
- Pour batter into pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes until top is deeply golden brown.
- Cool completely before unmolding. Chill for firmer texture.
