Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper (leave overhang).
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Mix in cream, then flour, salt, and vanilla until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes until top is deeply golden brown.
  6. Cool completely before unmolding. Chill for firmer texture.
