Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning paste. Make sure to get the seasoning under the skin for maximum flavor.
Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven and brush a generous amount of barbecue sauce over each thigh.
Return the chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
