Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 4 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce. Stir until the chicken is fully coated.
  3. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture over each flatbread.
  5. Top each flatbread with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced red onion.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
