Method
- Toss beef with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside for 10 minutes.
 - Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or skillet. Stir-fry beef until browned, 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
 - Add remaining oil and stir-fry vegetables for 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
 - Add garlic and ginger; stir for 30 seconds.
 - Return beef to pan. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
 - Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve hot over rice.
 
Notes
- Use pre-cut stir-fry vegetables to save time.
 - Add chili flakes or sriracha for a spicy version.
 - Can be made gluten-free with tamari instead of soy sauce.
