Method
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, gochujang, garlic, and ginger. Add beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef and onions until caramelized and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
- Serve over rice with desired toppings.
Notes
- Gochujang adds heat, but can be reduced or omitted for a milder version.
- Add a fried egg on top for extra richness.
- Great for meal prep—store components separately in the fridge.
