Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a skillet, brown beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
 - Add tomatoes, tomato paste, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
 - In a 9x13 baking dish, layer half the noodles, all the sour cream, half the meat sauce, then repeat.
 - Top with cheeses and bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly.
 - Rest 10 minutes before serving.
 
Notes
- Great make-ahead meal—assemble and refrigerate, then bake when ready.
 - Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter twist.
