Method
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
 - In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, mustard, salt, and pepper.
 - Rub mixture all over the tenderloin.
 - Place beef on a roasting rack and roast for 25–30 minutes for medium-rare.
 - Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
