Step-by-Step Instructions for Berry Oat Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat an 8x8 baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix together the melted coconut oil, flour, quick oats, maple syrup, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Press about ⅔ of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  4. Spread the raspberry preserves over the pressed oat mixture, leaving around a ½ inch margin.
  5. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the raspberry preserves and lightly press down.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.
