Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups edible cookie dough store-bought or homemade
  • 9 mini Oreos separated into halves
  • 2 cups 240 g white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 18 Rolo chocolate candies
  • 18 snowflake sprinkles optional
  • Black pearl sprinkles for eyes and mouth
  • Orange pearl sprinkles for the nose

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Cookie Dough Balls
  2. Scoop 1 tablespoon of edible cookie dough for each snowman (you should have 18).
  3. Roll each portion into a smooth ball.
  4. Place the cookie dough balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 10 to 15 minutes until firm.
  5. Make the Oreo Hats
  6. Separate the mini Oreos into halves and scrape off the frosting.
  7. Set aside the flat halves to create the base of the hats.
  8. Prepare the White Chocolate Ganache
  9. Combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  10. Microwave the mixture in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth. This should take about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  11. Create the Ganache Base for Snowmen
  12. Spoon 18 small rounds of melted ganache (about 1-inch in diameter) onto another parchment-lined baking sheet. These will serve as the melted “puddle” base for each snowman.
  13. Assemble the Snowman Hats
  14. Dip the flat end of each Rolo into the melted ganache.
  15. Attach the Rolo to the flat side of an Oreo half to form a snowman hat.
  16. If using snowflake sprinkles, dip them into ganache and attach them where the Rolo meets the Oreo.
  17. Coat the Cookie Dough Balls
  18. Remove the cookie dough balls from the freezer.
  19. Using a fork, dip each ball into the remaining ganache to coat completely.
  20. Gently press the coated dough ball into one of the ganache rounds on the baking sheet.
  21. Decorate the Snowmen
Before the chocolate sets, add the decorations:
  1. Place two black pearl sprinkles for the eyes.
  2. Arrange 3-4 black pearl sprinkles in a semicircle for the mouth.
  3. Add one orange pearl sprinkle in the center for the nose.
  4. Place the Oreo hat on top of each snowman’s head.
  5. Let the Chocolate Set
  6. Allow the snowmen to set completely at room temperature for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Serve and Enjoy
  8. Once the chocolate is fully set, your melted snowman cookie dough bites are ready to be enjoyed!
