Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup dill pickles diced
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup Thousand Island or special Big Mac-style dressing
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain any grease.
  2. In a large bowl, layer lettuce, cooked beef, cheese, pickles, and onion.
  3. Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine or serve layered.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds for the signature Big Mac touch.

Notes

  • For keto or low-carb, use sugar-free dressing.
