Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of warm milk, 2.5 teaspoons of active dry yeast, and a pinch of granulated sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Pour in the yeast mixture, along with 1/4 cup of melted unsalted butter, 1/2 cup of water, and 1 large egg. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for 1 hour.
- While the dough rises, prepare the filling by mixing 1/2 cup of softened Biscoff cookie butter, 1/4 cup of softened unsalted butter, 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar, and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon until smooth.
- After rising, punch the dough down, roll it out to a 12x18 inch rectangle, and spread the filling evenly over the surface.
- Roll the dough into a tight log from the long side and cut into 12 equal slices. Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Cover rolls with a towel and let rise for about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Keep an eye on them for doneness.
- While baking, prepare icing by beating 4 ounces of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of Biscoff cookie butter, 1.5 cups of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Add milk to adjust consistency.
- Drizzle the icing over warm rolls and enjoy your cozy treat!

Notes
For best results, allow sufficient time for dough to rise and store leftovers properly.
