Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 12 squares.
- Press each pastry square into the muffin tin to form little cups.
- Place one cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over each brie-filled cup.
- Optional: Sprinkle chopped candied pecans on top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.

Notes
Chill puff pastry before use to keep it flaky. Don't overfill the pastry cups to prevent spilling during baking.
