For the Pastry
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry Thawed
For the Filling
  • 12 cubes Brie Cheese Rind on
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce Homemade or store-bought
Optional Enhancements
  • 1/4 cup Candied Pecans Chopped
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary For garnish

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 12 squares.
  3. Press each pastry square into the muffin tin to form little cups.
  4. Place one cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
  5. Spoon cranberry sauce over each brie-filled cup.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle chopped candied pecans on top.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.

Notes

Chill puff pastry before use to keep it flaky. Don't overfill the pastry cups to prevent spilling during baking.
