Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, add the shredded cooked chicken over medium heat. Stir occasionally for about 3-5 minutes until warmed through.
  2. Pour in buffalo sauce and stir well for another 2-3 minutes until fully coated.
  3. In a non-stick skillet, heat each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side until warm.
  4. Spread ranch dressing on each tortilla, then fill with buffalo chicken mixture and top with cheddar cheese. Fold to enclose.
  5. Grill tacos in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.
