Method
- Cook fettuccine until al dente, then set aside.
- Toss chicken and shrimp in Cajun seasoning.
- Sauté chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté shrimp in the same pan until pink, then remove.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream and simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan until smooth, then return chicken and shrimp to the sauce.
- Toss in pasta, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste—some blends are spicy.
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice to brighten the flavors.
- Use penne or linguine if preferred.
- Double the sauce for a creamier texture.
