Ingredients
  

  • Chicken breast sliced
  • Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Fettuccine pasta
  • Butter
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese grated
  • Garlic minced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Cook fettuccine until al dente, then set aside.
  2. Toss chicken and shrimp in Cajun seasoning.
  3. Sauté chicken in olive oil until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté shrimp in the same pan until pink, then remove.
  5. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream and simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan until smooth, then return chicken and shrimp to the sauce.
  7. Toss in pasta, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste—some blends are spicy.
  • Add a squeeze of lemon juice to brighten the flavors.
  • Use penne or linguine if preferred.
  • Double the sauce for a creamier texture.
