Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in salmon and cook briefly.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Toss in pasta and reserved pasta water to thin the sauce as needed.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Add peas or spinach for veggies
- Substitute cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version
- Use tuna if salmon is unavailable
