Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the unsalted butter with brown and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the quick oats, chocolate chips, and chopped pistachios until evenly mixed.
