Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Make the brownie batter: mix butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Pour into pan.
- For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake batter over brownie batter. Swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until center is set. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Add chocolate chips to the brownie batter for extra indulgence.
- Chill before slicing for cleaner cuts.
- Store in the fridge up to 5 days.
