Method

- Add the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
