Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
- In a large bowl, mix soup, mayo, egg, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in broccoli and pour into a greased baking dish.
- Combine crackers with butter and sprinkle on top.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Add cooked rice or diced chicken for a full meal.
- Use cream of chicken instead of mushroom if preferred.
