Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and cooked rice. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread half of the chicken mixture evenly across the bottom.
Layer half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
Spread the remaining chicken mixture on top, followed by the remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle sour cream on top and sprinkle with fresh cilantro if desired.
Serve with crushed tortilla chips on the side or sprinkle them on top for added crunch.
