Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
- Spread chicken mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Top evenly with prepared stuffing.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley before serving.
Notes
- Add sautéed celery and onions for extra flavor.
- Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
