  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup green onions chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
  3. Prepare the Filling
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
  5. Unroll the Crescent Dough
  6. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles. Lay them flat on a clean work surface.
  7. Assemble the Roll Ups
  8. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll the dough from the wide end to the narrow tip, tucking the filling inside as you roll.
  9. Place on Baking Sheet
  10. Arrange the roll ups on the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each to expand as they bake.
  11. Top with Parmesan
  12. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each roll up for a crispy, golden crust.
  13. Bake
  14. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are puffed and golden brown.
  15. Garnish and Serve
