In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well.
Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet. Brush the melted butter over the top.
Sprinkle the garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over the dough.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Use a pizza cutter to slice the dough into sticks.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
