Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl. Add warm milk, melted butter, warm water, and egg. Stir until shaggy dough forms.
  2. Knead dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Grease a bowl, place the dough inside, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Mix minced garlic, softened butter, and parsley in a bowl until well blended.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  6. Roll out dough to ¼ inch thick, spread garlic butter, and sprinkle cheeses over it.
  7. Roll dough tightly, slice into 8-10 pieces, and stack upright in muffin cups.
  8. Cover muffin tin and let cruffin slices rise for another 20 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  10. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm.
