Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into 10 equal portions and roll each into an 8-inch long rope.
  3. Shape the dough into bone forms by pinching the ends and making small cuts with kitchen scissors.
  4. Brush each shaped breadstick with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place the breadsticks on the baking sheets and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove the breadsticks and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
