Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Place a piece of ham on each cracker, folding it to fit neatly.
Top the ham with a quarter slice of Swiss cheese.
Optional: Drizzle a small amount of Dijon mustard and honey over the cheese for added flavor.
Bake the cracker melts for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with parsley, red pepper flakes, or a dollop of fruit preserves if desired.
