Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a medium saucepan, combine the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Heat over medium until simmering.
Add the sliced roast beef and stir to coat. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until heated through.
While the beef is heating, slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Brush the insides of the rolls with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
Once the beef is heated, divide it evenly among the hoagie rolls.
Top each sandwich with shredded provolone cheese and jalapeños if using.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving.
