Steps to Prepare Cheesy Taco Pinwheels
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook for about 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned.
  2. Once drained, return the beef to the skillet and stir in taco seasoning with 2–3 tablespoons of water. Cook for 2–3 minutes until liquid evaporates.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine seasoned beef with cream cheese and sour cream. Mash until smooth and adjust seasoning with salt.
  4. Spread creamy beef mixture over tortillas, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, then roll tightly and slice into pinwheels.
  5. Place pinwheels in the air fryer at 370°F and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove pinwheels using tongs and serve warm with salsa or guacamole.
