Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan over high heat. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Remove boiling water from heat and add 3-4 tea bags, 1 cup of frozen cherries, and a cinnamon stick. Add sweetener to taste and steep for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Fill a large pitcher halfway with ice cubes.
  4. Remove tea bags and cinnamon stick. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Strain tea into the prepared pitcher.
  5. Chill the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  6. Once chilled, stir and pour into tall glasses over ice. Garnish with extra cherries or a slice of lemon if desired.
