Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 ripe avocado mashed
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
  3. Evenly distribute the chicken and avocado mixture onto each tortilla, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
  4. Top the mixture with fresh spinach leaves, diced tomato, and shredded cheese.
  5. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
  6. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap in foil and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
